Class Descriptions
Core Conditioning:
Build a lean and strong mid section, ripped abs and flat stomach with this great core workout! Using a variety of Strength and Pilates equipment, BOSU, Medicine Balls, Fit balls, therabands and techniques to assist you in improving your core strength to prevent back pain, improve digestion and increase your energy levels!
Box Fit:
Jab, cross, hook, duck and weave! Burn fat fast with this high energy boxing workout, all equipment provided. Beginners welcome.
Run Group:
Start your day off on the right foot with an early morning run! This class will improve your running performance with a variety of sprint and mid distance sessions! Designed for beginner to average running abilities.
TRX:
Build total body strength and muscular endurance with TRX pendulum training! In this small group setting the TRX suspension training style helps engage your entire core to balance and stabilize the body as a whole.
Urban: (& Gentle)
This entertaining session utilises the great outdoors and the local areas surround you with a workout that will get you sweating and puffing your way through a super cardio based circuit.
Extreme Circuits:
Not for the faint hearted! Choose this class to burn maximum calories and build your ultimate body! Involves high intensity cardio, weight training and advanced core exercises!
Yoga:
Strength, Stretch and Shine! This Power Style Yoga class is open to all levels and will be sure to provide a challenging yet accommodating class to suit all! Come receive personalized attention in this dynamic vinyasa style yoga that will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready for the rest of your day!
Kettlebells:
A fun new way to train and tone your muscles using ancient Russian style Kettlebells! Combining various kettlebell movements in this class will increase your heart rate, tone your muscles and encourage core activation throughout. Whole body movement produces results!
