Holistic Wellness deals with the psychological and emotional aspects of your health and fitness. We are here to bridge the gap in the fitness industry and help you achieve more permanent results holistically. We work in conjunction with Exclusively You Health and Fitness. They deal with the physical and nutritional side of your health and fitness while we help you with the psychology and emotional side. We believe this holistic approach creates happier attitudes and healthier relationships with your body, food and exercise.

Our primary aim is to help you resolve food, body image, weight and health issues. We help you to release the psychological and emotional blocks to healthy eating, motivation, weight loss, empowerment, healing and confidence.

Our approach is gentle yet powerful and effective. Our coaches are fully trained and qualified in NLP Life Coaching and some also with Personal Training or Pilates backgrounds. We specialise in the areas of the psychology of weight loss, fitness and healing.

Modern science is now validating the importance of the mind-body connection. Our body is often an expression of our deepest unconscious beliefs, thoughts and feelings. These impact our body physiologically. When you can create a successful mindset, your behaviour will naturally reflect this.

We can assist you in the following areas:

  • Motivation to stick to healthy eating and exercise programs
  • Losing weight permanently by learning to decrease your set weight point
  • Binge eating and bulimia
  • Understanding emotional triggers for binge eating and how to overcome them
  • Understanding cravings and how to overcome them
  • Learning how to get beyond your ‘plateau’ weight and how to keep the weight off permanently
  • Learning how to release negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt, and depression. Learn to be in control of your emotional state rather than run by your emotions.
